What We Promise Every Customer
21-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your Artiviesta lamp, you may return it within 21 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We provide a complimentary pre-addressed Royal Mail return label with zero return fees.
Defect Replacement Guarantee
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a defect, report it within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you. We stand fully behind the quality of every lamp we make.

Every Artiviesta lamp is made from 100% responsibly sourced eco-friendly natural wood, hand-sanded smooth and finished with non-toxic protective sealants. We are committed to sustainable craftsmanship that is safe for you, your family, and the environment.

Each lamp is precision laser-cut and hand-assembled by Marko Miholić in London. Every piece is personally inspected before dispatch — from the Baltic birch grade and clean laser edges to the final warm-white LED calibration — so quality is assured on every single order.
Return & Refund Policy
How do I initiate a return?expand_more
Email marko.miholicc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 21 days of receiving your order. Marko will respond with return instructions within 1 business day.
Return the lamp in its original condition and packaging using the complimentary pre-addressed Royal Mail return label we provide. Once we receive the item, your full refund will be processed within 7 business days.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?expand_more
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a defect, please email marko.miholicc@gmail.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement — Artiviesta covers all costs for defective items including return shipping.
What is not covered by the return policy?expand_more
Items returned after 21 days from the delivery date are not eligible for a refund. Bespoke/custom commissioned lamps are generally non-returnable unless defective. Items showing signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
