Bespoke pricing depends on the complexity of your design. Send your inquiry and Marko will provide an accurate quote within 24 hours after reviewing your design requirements. Simple silhouettes are typically priced similarly to our standard catalogue lamps.
How long does a bespoke commission take?expand_more
Typically 7–14 business days from design approval to dispatch. You receive a vector proof for approval within 24 hours, and production begins once you confirm.
What information do I need to provide?expand_more
For pet silhouettes: a clear photo of your pet, ideally in profile or a characteristic pose. For star maps: the date and location of your special moment. For other designs: any reference image, sketch, or detailed description you can share.

All bespoke lamps use the exact same premium architecture as our standard collection: 100% FSC-certified sustainable Baltic birch, hand-sanded and sealed with non-toxic Danish oils. They are powered by an ultra-low energy 5V USB cable driving a cold-running, circadian-friendly 2200K amber LED.
Can I return a bespoke lamp?expand_more
As bespoke items are made specifically for you, they are generally not returnable unless there is a defect or damage. If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, report it within 7 days and Marko will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
