Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging products like Handmade Wooden Cat Lamps, Spiritual Yoga Meditation Lamps, or Kids Baby Lamps, ensuring a transparent and fair experience for our customers in the USA, UK, Europe, and globally.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange an item within 21 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unused, with all packaging intact.
- Products: Applies to all products, including Handmade Wooden Animal Lamps, Fantasy Magical Lamps, and Dinosaur Lamps, unless otherwise stated.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email marko.miholicc@gmail.com or call (064) 332-1233 to initiate a return or exchange before shipping the item.
- Ship the Item: Return the item within 21 days of delivery to 451 Wall Street, London, UK. Artiviesta provides a complimentary pre-addressed Royal Mail tracked return label with zero return fees.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds
- Full refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe) for the full purchase price within 7 business days of receiving the return.
- If an item is returned in a condition that results in a loss of value (as agreed with Marko Miholić), a partial refund may be issued.
- Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include return postage costs, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
- Contact marko.miholicc@gmail.com to arrange an exchange for a different design (e.g., swapping a Handmade Wooden Dog Lamp for a Bunny Rabbit Lamp).
Shipping Responsibilities
- Artiviesta covers all return shipping costs via our complimentary pre-addressed Royal Mail tracked label.
- All returns are tracked via our provided Royal Mail return label to ensure secure delivery.
