Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return or exchange an item within 21 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unused, with all packaging intact.
  • Products: Applies to all products, including Handmade Wooden Animal Lamps, Fantasy Magical Lamps, and Dinosaur Lamps, unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

  2. Ship the Item: Return the item within 21 days of delivery to 451 Wall Street, London, UK. You are responsible for return postage costs.
  3. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) for the product price, excluding shipping costs.
  • If an item is returned in a condition that results in a loss of value (as agreed with Marko Miholić), a partial refund may be issued.
  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include return postage costs, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
