The design is cut from real wood and glows warmly when it is on. It is made by hand in London and comes ready to use, with the USB cable in the box. ### A Warm Corner of the Home The lamp is at home on a bedside table, a shelf or a hallway, pretty much anywhere you want a soft pool of light at night. In daylight it looks like a neat wooden picture; as evening falls you switch it on and the scene glows. Because it is wooden and muted in colour, it tends to sit quietly with the rest of the room, not against it. ### Handmade in London from Natural Wood The wood we use is responsibly sourced. Each lamp is laser-cut, hand-sanded and sealed with a non-toxic finish in our London studio, so the surface feels smooth and clean when it arrives. Real wood means the grain on your lamp is yours alone. ### A Soft, Warm Light You Can Leave On The light comes from a warm white LED built into the lamp, giving the room a calm amber tone rather than a harsh white glare. Power comes from any standard 5V USB cable, which is included. It barely uses any electricity, stays cool, and can be left on overnight without a second thought. ### At a glance - Design: German Shepherd scene, laser-cut from real wood - Material: responsibly sourced natural wood, sealed with a non-toxic finish - Light: warm white LED with a soft amber glow - Power: standard 5V USB (cable included) - Safety: cool to the touch, safe to leave on overnight - Made: by hand in London, checked before dispatch - Price: £37.99 ### A Thoughtful Gift Looking for a gift that feels personal? A German Shepherd lamp is a wooden night light with the scene cut out of the front. When the warm light is on, the design shows up as a clear silhouette. It is made from real wood in our London studio and runs on standard USB power. #### The lamp looks different from the photo. Why? Every lamp is handmade from real wood, so the grain and tone can vary slightly from the photo. The design, size and warm glow are exactly as pictured. #### Is it safe to leave on overnight? Yes. The lamp uses a low-power LED, stays cool to the touch and is safe to leave on all night, even in a child's room. ## Related guides - [Dog Lamps by Breed: Find the Wooden Night Light That Looks Like Your Dog](https://artiviesta.com/journal/dog-lamps-by-breed): French Bulldog, Pug, Corgi, Beagle, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever or Chihuahua?
