It is handmade in our London studio, so the wood grain and finish are slightly different on every piece, which is part of the charm. ### A Warm Corner of the Home The lamp is at home on a bedside table, a shelf or a hallway, pretty much anywhere you want a soft pool of light at night. In daylight it looks like a neat wooden picture; as evening falls you switch it on and the scene glows. The animals hang around the trees in this scene, so it brings a bit of the outdoors into the house. ### Handmade in London from Natural Wood Every Artiviesta lamp starts as a piece of responsibly sourced natural wood. The design is laser-cut with fine detail, then the edges are sanded by hand and sealed with a non-toxic finish. Because it is real wood, no two lamps have exactly the same grain, so yours is genuinely one of a kind. ### A Soft, Warm Light You Can Leave On Inside the lamp is a warm white LED that casts a soft amber glow. It runs off any standard 5V USB socket, so a phone charger, a laptop USB port or a power bank all work, and it uses very little power. The lamp stays cool to the touch, so it is safe to leave on all night, even in a child's room. ### Quick rundown - Design: Cat On the Tree City scene, laser-cut from real wood - Material: responsibly sourced natural wood, sealed with a non-toxic finish - Light: warm white LED with a soft amber glow - Power: standard 5V USB (cable included) - Safety: cool to the touch, safe to leave on overnight - Made: by hand in London, checked before dispatch - Price: £37.99 ### A Thoughtful Gift Need a present that keeps being used?
